How to Withdraw
So you have bet and won big? Withdrawing from your Betzilla account is very easy!
1. Log into your account here
2. Click on your BALANCE
3. After clicking on BALANCE. You will get a screen like this one below. Click on WITHDRAW.
4. Enter the amount you want to WITHDRAW.
5. Click on SUBMIT. After submitting your request you will get a successful message like the one displayed below.
Terms and Conditions
1. You can expect to receive your payout within 1-3 working days of winning. Please contact us only if you have not received your money after 3 business days.
2. You can request a withdrawal at any time, even on weekends and holidays.
3. We process payments seven days of the week between 9am to 5pm.
4. If you are withdrawing for the first time, kindly send us a copy of your ID and banking details to our WhatsApp number 0813619044 or our customer support email address info@betzilla.co for final verification. PLEASE TAKE NOTE NO PAYMENT WILL BE DONE UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR ID!
5. The minimum amount you can withdraw is N$100.00
6. All withdrawals are FREE except eWallet payments which attract bank charges.
